Cancelling your booking
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time in “My bookings” and you get a full refund automatically. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows, are not refunded.
When you always get a full refund
• The venue cancels or the court is not available at the booked time. • You were charged twice or the wrong amount. • The booking failed but you were charged.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, at no cost to you. We issue them within 14 days of the cancellation or of agreeing the refund; your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Requests and pickup games
Court requests, pickup games and the Runs waitlist are free, so there is nothing to refund. If a venue accepts a request and charges you directly, its own cancellation terms apply.
Problems with a booking
Email DJ@sportspot.live or use the contact page with your booking reference and we will sort it out with the venue. You can also use the Complaints Book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt) or the dispute resolution entities listed in the Terms and Conditions. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to court bookings for a specific date (Decree-Law 24/2014, article 17(1)(l)).
